RESERVATIONS
ARE REQUIRED at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the first day of the 4-J
Big Piney scheduled event. A $10
deposit is required for each campsite and $30 for each stall that
will be used during your stay. Reservations made via phone, e-mail
or online registration will be held for one week. If the deposit
is not received in the allotted time, the stalls/campsite will be
available for someone else to reserve. NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS.
Deposits may be transferred to another date if notified
within 30 days. (No exceptions). All deposits will be applied to
camping fees.
We
will try to accommodate all campsite and stall requests. You will
receive confirmation of your requested site and stall numbers or
be provided with alternate choices.
As stall space is limited, please limit reservations to 1 stall
per person.

POLICY |
| We
have established a "SENIORITY POLICY"
for making 2008 reservations. If you have attended (or are planning
to attend) 4-J Big Piney Horse Camp in 2008, this policy applies
to you: |
| If you
wish to reserve your campsite and stalls for the SAME MONTH
next year, you MUST reserve them by NOON on Wednesday of the
week you are currently attending. Otherwise, your site and stalls
may be available for anyone to reserve. |
| For example,
you are planning to attend October 19 - 24, 2008. During that
week, IF YOU WISH TO KEEP THE SAME CAMPSITE AND STALLS, you
must make your reservations by Wednesday October 22, 2008 for
the SAME MONTH IN 2009. |
