Making Reservations

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the first day of the 4-J Big Piney scheduled event. A $10 deposit is required for each campsite and $30 for each stall that will be used during your stay. Reservations made via phone, e-mail or online registration will be held for one week. If the deposit is not received in the allotted time, the stalls/campsite will be available for someone else to reserve. Deposits may be transferred to another date if notified in writing 30 days before the scheduled event. All transfers must be used within one (1) year or will be forfeited. We will only transfer deposits one time. If you do not attend the ride you have transferred to, you lose your deposit. NO DEPOSIT REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. All deposits will be applied to campling fees.

We will try to accommodate all campsite and stall requests. You will receive confirmation of your requested site and stall numbers or be provided with alternate choices.
As stall space is limited, please limit reservations to 1 stall per person.

We have established a "SENIORITY POLICY" for making 2009 reservations. If you have attended (or are planning to attend) 4-J Big Piney Horse Camp in 2009, this policy applies to you:
If you wish to reserve your campsite and stalls for the SAME MONTH next year, you MUST reserve them by NOON on Wednesday of the week you are currently attending. Otherwise, your site and stalls may be available for anyone to reserve.
For example, you are planning to attend October 18 - 23, 2009. During that week, IF YOU WISH TO KEEP THE SAME CAMPSITE AND STALLS, you must make your reservations by Wednesday October 21, 2009 for the SAME MONTH IN 2010.
Contact Laura Laughlin at (573) 774-2986 for campsite and stall availability if you are planning on attending another month in 2098 or wish to select a different campsite and stall(s) for the same month. Please call us if you have any questions.

Our new campground can be viewed below. We apolgize for the scrolling right to left, but we wanted the numbering to be legible. The map is not to scale, but layout is still fairly accurate. Click here for a printable version in PDF format. Use Adobe Acrobat to open.
